The number of revisions is based on your selected package, ensuring your needs are met without additional charges for design concept changes. Revised designs are provided within 48 hours.

Any changes requested after finalizing the designs will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is void if:

  • Special package chosen
  • Primary design concept approved
  • Revisions requested
  • Cancellation unrelated to the company
  • No contact for over 2 weeks
  • Violation of company policies
  • Project outsourced to another party
  • Lack of information in creative brief
  • Complete design change requested
  • Refund request beyond given timeframe
  • Business closure or name change
  • Other non-service-related reasons

Refunds are not applicable for certain services and are not entertained once designs are approved.

To claim a refund, contact us via phone, live chat, or email. Refunds exclude rights to Logo Knox designs, which remain the company’s property.
